What Are Inklings Clubs?

Read Great Books. Build Community.

Named after the famous Oxford circle of C.S. Lewis, J.R.R. Tolkien, and Charles Williams, Inklings Clubs are free small-group reading communities that meet across Canada. Three times a year, the Institute selects a book that deepens Catholic intellectual life — and invites everyone to read together.

Each study comes with discussion guides written by our Fellows, live webinars to connect readers nationwide, and discounted copies of the book. Whether you join a local group or follow along online, you're part of a growing network of Canadians who believe reading well is a form of worship.
