We store data in password-protected systems with encryption where applicable. Physical records are kept in locked files. Access is limited to authorized staff and contractors on a need-to-know basis. We conduct periodic security reviews and train staff on data handling procedures.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services which may process your data: Sanity (content management), Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), ActiveCampaign (email marketing), Stripe (payment processing), and Zeffy (donation processing via Catholic Voices Canada). We do not sell or rent your personal information.
